DAISe Systems Analysis is Stephen and Sharon Kelly

Stephen is a problem solver, he likes problems. In fact, the more difficult the problem the better. Stephen initially thought developing software would be challenging but found it repetitive. Stephen then moved onto Learning Machines/Neural Networks and considered the problem of self-aware technology. Again however an element of repetition crept in and Stephen looked for new horizons. Stephen discovered what he was looking for in the areas of business strategy and people management and development.

Stephen is an experienced Manager, Systems Analyst and Strategic Planner. He managed a broad range of projects including the manufacture and delivery of Self Service Photo Kiosks to a Top 10 Retailer in the US, the Management of a 30+ Software Development Team based in three separate locations (Romania, Ireland and the USA) and the opening of a Luxury Spa and Adventure Centre in the West of Ireland.

Since 2005, Stephen has been engaged as a Management Consultant with special interest in the area of Systems Analysis. Stephen holds a BSc. in Computer Applications from Dublin City University, a Higher Diploma in Managment and an MBA from NUI Galway. He also lectured part-time for two years in NUI Galway in Business and Strategic Management.

Stephen also loves Gardening, Rugby, Reading and Eating.

Stephen is very involved in his local Rugby Club, runs a couple of Maths and Chess Clubs and delivers an Introduction CoderDojo course to local kids.

Sharon is the Sales and Marketing Force behind DAISe.

Initially trained as a Chef, Sharon quickly moved into the Management sphere, achieving Regional Manager positions with a number of large Catering Companies in Ireland. Sharon evidenced her sales ambitions at this point securing a number of Trophy Blue Chip clients for her employers.

After a number of years invested in her 5 children Sharon returned to the work scene first as an office administrator and then entered the sales arena with gusto. Sharon was born for sales and marketing and is a natural born networker.
